Paula Blundell⁩ she/her

Facilitator - Victoria, BC

As a Professional Organizer for twenty years, Paula transformed her client’s spaces while closely exploring the inner terrain shaping their lives. She came to see that letting go isn’t just about physical belongings, but about dissolving the invisible “shoulds” and limiting beliefs that weigh down the soul. Her entrepreneurial path evolved into a practice of deep listening, compassion, and giving people permission to be more of themselves - a gift that naturally translates into Circling facilitation.

Paula’s journey into relational work deepened after a decade of personal trauma healing and attending retreats across the continent. In 2022, she discovered Circling and Authentic Relating, and everything shifted. What once showed up as dissatisfaction in relationships became portals into trust, belonging, and intimacy. She realized that Circling isn’t just a structured container - it’s a way of life, creating opportunity to be fully met, fully moved, and fully alive.

Since then, Paula has facilitated numerous circling nights and weekend immersions on Vancouver Island, bringing playfulness, embodied wisdom, and the courage to lean into the messy, the erotic, and the liminal. Her facilitation bridges self, other, and the great unknown - inviting participants into liberated expression and cultivated presence.

Originally from Newfoundland, Paula now calls the West Coast home - where she finds nourishment in wild nature, ecstatic dance, shared meals with friends, and chasing sun-drenched travel adventures that fuel her own unfolding story.
