Kali Navada Whyte
Facilitator - Salt Spring Island, BC
Kali Navada Whyte works at the intersection of body, awareness, and relationship. With 8 years as a Craniosacral Therapist and 12 years teaching yoga and meditation, she brings a deeply embodied and contemplative approach to facilitation.
As a student of Buddhist Psychotherapy at the Karuna Institute, Kali is interested in how suffering softens through mindful attention and relational contact. Her work is informed by somatic listening, compassion, and curiosity about the human experience.
Kali adores Circling as a living practice of mindfulness-in-relationship. It has helped her know herself and others more tenderly, more honestly, and with greater openness to change. For her, Circling is a space where meaning emerges between people, and where presence becomes a shared inquiry.
She offers a calm, grounded, and receptive presence, inviting participants into deeper contact with themselves, one another, and the unfolding moment.
